For New Years I want to try something different, so I’ve decided to go some place I’ve never been before: Eastern Europe. For selecting a location, I used a very detailed method for narrowing down the process. I went to google, searched for fun new year’s locations in the world, and Prague was at the top of the list. I looked at a few pictures online and I was in, 20 minutes later I had a plane ticket for Prague.

Of course in traditional procrastinator style, I forgot to actually make any hotel reservations until the day before I left. I was planning to cut costs and meet some people at the same time by staying in a hostel, but they were all long-filled. Most of the hotels that I could find online were full too, but I found one place I can stay for a few days and now that I’m on the ground it’ll be a lot easier to find another place to stay.
